A man with a beard and mustache, wearing a gray shirt, stands with his arms crossed and hand on chin, looking thoughtfully. Two microphones lie diagonally on the left side of the pink background. Overlapping the man is a red banner with white text that reads 'EZ CONVERSATIONS' and smaller white text below that says 'Episode Blog'.

The Forgotten Children: Conversations with Sara Troy on Parenting, Community, and Resilience

What if the issue isn’t that the next generation lacks resilience—but that they were never given the opportunity to build it? In my latest conversation with Sara Troy, we explore how overprotection, disconnection, and the absence of meaningful rites of passage are shaping today’s youth. More importantly, we reflect on the role we must play—as individuals and as a community—in guiding adolescents into adulthood with strength, purpose, and self-understanding.

Understanding the Intersection of Modern Medicine and Holistic Health with Dr. David Bilstrom

In last week’s episode of EZ Conversations, my conversation with Dr. David Bilstrom left me reflecting on something deeper than biology. As we explored epigenetics, a powerful question emerged: what if healing isn’t just physical, but shaped by the internal states we cultivate? In a week that tested me mentally, I was reminded how prayer can shift not just perspective—but the body itself.

Navigating Tense Times: A Deep Dive into the Current Global and Political Climate

In last week’s episode of EZ Conversations, I spoke with John Graham about the complexities of the Iran conflict. What stayed with me wasn’t just the geopolitics, but a deeper question: how do we navigate conflict in our own lives? When do we stand firm, and when do we step back? Because often, the most important battle isn’t external—it’s the one within.

Embracing Unconditional Love: Insights from Danielle Bernock on Connection and Healing

What if the love we’re searching for isn’t something to be earned—but something to be chosen? In this week’s reflection, inspired by my conversation with Danielle Bernock, I explore the difference between conditional and unconditional love, and why the path toward steady, grounded love often feels less exciting—but far more transformative.

Exploring the Dualities of Good and Evil: A Conversation with Allan Paul Roberts

We live in a world where truth feels fragmented and the line between good and evil is increasingly blurred. Yet in the midst of fear, conflict, and uncertainty, something quietly endures: our capacity to choose who we become. Navigating the Complex Web of Economics: A Discussion on Socialism and Capitalism

The natural order of things can apply to life and everything around us, including economics.

There are moments in life when we are reminded that not everything can—or should—be controlled. Despite our best efforts, outcomes unfold in ways that resist our plans. Our instinct is often to push harder, to intervene, to correct. Yet it is often this resistance that drains us most.

In last week’s episode of EZ Conversations, I found myself reflecting on this tension while discussing economic systems, utopian thinking, and the limits of human design. Again and again, history shows that systems struggle when they are built in denial of human nature—when complexity is overridden by idealism, and control replaces humility.

At the same time, I was navigating a personal moment of disappointment—news I had anticipated, yet still hoped would be different. What became clear was that my struggle was not with the outcome itself, but with my resistance to it. When I paused and allowed myself to accept what lay beyond my control, something shifted.

There is a quiet wisdom in the natural order of things. It does not promise ease or certainty, but it offers alignment. And sometimes, growth begins not by pushing forward—but by learning how to let go.
