Renewed Resilience is a 4-week Mind, Body, and Soul Transformation program for men dealing with separation, divorce, breakups, and loss. It offers weekly 2-hour immersive and engaging group work sessions led by Furkhan Dandia. This program integrates traditional psychology, mindfulness practices, and spiritual concepts to guide you through the divorce process with purpose and resilience. It aims to help men rebuild, rejuvenate, and rediscover their inner strength after a period of change and transition.
