You Don’t Have To Navigate This Alone

Many people arrive here carrying more than stress.

You may feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Perhaps you’ve tried to push through on your own, yet confusion, emotional exhaustion, or relationship struggles continue to surface. It can feel isolating when you’re doing your best, but still feel misunderstood, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, anger, addiction, divorce, career transitions, or family challenges, it’s easy to feel like you’re carrying the weight alone.

You don’t need to have everything figured out right now.

I understand how overwhelming life’s major transitions can be—not only through professional experience, but through personal adversity, including divorce, career loss, rebuilding, and creating a new path forward.

Healing begins with feeling understood. My goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

What People Say About Me

  • Ahsan Javaid

Having Furkhan work with me was a breath of fresh air. He challenged my thought patterns and provided a positive perspective whenever I felt blocked. Being through his own struggles, he had a deeper understanding of a lot of the things I was going through. He listened to me without judgement, he maintained positivity and told me to have the same positivity in my life. He provided me with short-term goals and followed-up to see if I was working through those goals. At times when I was finding barriers to achieving my goals, he would help me remove the barriers.

I also was looking for a complete change in my wardrobe and Furkhan took the time to help me shop. He helped me pick out clothes that went with the style I was looking for.

If you need a mindset shift, a change in your thought patterns, or even fashion advice I would recommend Furkhan. His coaching style is judgement-free and insightful.

Just went through a sudden and messy breakup and in some ways I'm still going through it. In this age of technology and social media, I felt like I was drowning with no one to reach out to - but suddenly Furkhan was there, to offer advice, guidance, and a shoulder to lean on in my toughest times. Things may not get better right away, but they will in time

I was in trouble. Overweight and not motivated. I was simply going through the motions. I did exercise, but there were no results. This was November 2021. I was 180 pounds, felt lethargic and was unmotivated to do anything. I started getting a potbelly and felt like a sloth. This was the most I weighed in my lifetime. Playing hockey was tough as I gasped for breath after the first shift. I was not eating right and felt sluggish and unresponsive at work. I met Furkhan in November, and that's when things started to change. He told me what to eat when to eat, and I continued to follow up with him. It is now the middle of January 2022, and I have incinerated 11 pounds and am down to 169 pounds. My motivation and drive to get tasks accomplished are back with a vengeance. I do not procrastinate, and "hope" things get done. Instead, I take the lead and follow things through completion. I sincerely thanked Furkhan during this journey, pulling me back from the brink. I would clearly recommend Furkhan to be a life coach. If you were like me and needed someone to help you get back on track, I would give Furkhan a glowing review at any time.

I came to Furkhan in a period where I was struggling to communicate my needs and failing to navigate difficult relationships. I was holding onto baggage from past experiences that was seeping into current ones. In working with Furkhan, I was able to let go of old issues. I built tools to help me communicate in a positive way to fulfill my needs and to stop the self-sabotage that was occurring in my relationships. I am now at point where I can understand what is important to me and how to work with others in a positive way to achieve goals. I have benefited greatly from his work and knowledge.
